Discussion and possible action regarding Law Offices of James M. Levine, P.L.L.C. and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. Requesting approval for professional services. The terms and condition of the agreement are for F Y2026, and the fees would be three hundred dollars ($300.00) per hour, billable increments of one-tenth 1) hour, together with all cost and expenses incurred by Attorney in the course of the representation of the client. This request is made in accordance with 19.0.S.§527, which permits the employment of legal counsel where specialized legal expertise is necessary and where such services are in the best interest of the agency.
