Discussion and possible action on the following items and/or contracts for the Cleveland County Health Department (CCHD)/The Well:
a. Amergis Healthcare Services - Facility Assignment Confirmation for services per the Statewide Contract SW1032 for staffing Bi-lingual Customer Assistance Representative, Vanessa Berry. The Health Department agrees to pay $43.00 per hour worked and $64.50 per overtime hour worked, and $.70 per mile (or current GSA rate) for mileage. This agreement is for December 3, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
