Discussion and possible action regarding Letter of Agreement with The Railhouse regarding use of land for parking for eight (8) parking spots owned by the Board of County Commissioners located at 115 East Symmes Street, Norman, OK 73069. The price per space is $25.00 per space per month. This agreement shall be effective from November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and may be renewed annually for up to three (3) years.
