Discussion and possible action of the Jail Service agreement between the City of Moore and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. The purpose of this agreement is to provide for the incarceration of the City prisoners and detainees within the County Jail, under the custody of Sheriff, and to otherwise coordinate booking and detention functions.
