Discussion and possible action to approve a Copier Maintenance Agreement between Cleveland County Health Department and Standley Systems effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The following copiers will be covered under the Copier Maintenance Agreement: .008 per black/white copy and .045 per color copy for: (6) Ricoh IM C4510 copiers (4 in Norman, 2 in Moore); .019 per black/white copy and .096 per color copy for: (7) Ricoh IM C401 copiers (5 in Norman, 2 in Moore).
Monthly Base Rate will be: $1,945.98 per month.
