Discussion and possible action regarding the NonTerminal Agency Agreement between Oklahoma Department of Public Safety Oklahoma Law-Enforcement Telecommunications system (OLETS), Cleveland County Sheriff's Office and 21st District Court. The user agency agrees to provide the non-terminal agency access to the OLETS switch, on a twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week basis for criminal justice purposes.
