Discussion and possible action regarding Open Records Act Fee Schedule for Cleveland County. 51 O.S. §24A.5(4) permits a public body to charge a reasonable fee to recover the direct cost of the record search and copying if the request “is solely for commercial purpose or would clearly cause excessive disruption of the essential functions of the public body.” The proposed fee schedule mirrors the Attorney General’s Office policy.
