Discussion and possible action regarding an update/report on the Employee Benefits Committee.
Rod Cleveland stated the following: we're currently doing enrollment and last week I will ask that we have everybody's remote forms in by Wednesday of this week and overall participation has been really good on engagement and everything. I've had good questions and it seems like that most employees are really really getting engaged into actually deciding which insurance plan is the best for them. I have seen a noticeable increase in the high deductible high plan from basic and from even the high and everything and stuff so people are actually kind of looking at it and taking advantage of benefits that we offer. The other thing is the Board of County Commissioners recently approved HUB International as a county broker record.
