Discussion and possible action regarding the jail service agreement between the City of Noble and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. The purpose of this agreement is to provide for the incarceration of the city prisoners and detainees within the County Jail, under the custody of Sheriff, and to otherwise coordinate booking and detention functions. As compensation for the services, the City of Noble agrees to pay the Sheriff's Office the sum of sixty-eight dollars ($68.00) per day for each person incarcerated at the request of the City of Noble on municipal charges or awaiting approval of affidavit of probable cause.
