Discussion and possible action regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between Cleveland County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), The City of Norman Police Department (NPD), The City of Moore Police Department (MPD), and the University of Oklahoma Police Department (OUPD) for a multi-jurisdictional emergency response team. The MOU will become effective on the date it has been approved by all signatories, and will remain in effect for one (1) year, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this MOU.
