Discussion and possible action regarding an update/report on the Infrastructure Committee.
Presented by Doug Warr, Assessor, Our primary project this week is on the first floor of the new courthouse, where Brian and his team are replacing the air handling units.
• Current Status: The air conditioning is temporarily offline, directly affecting both the Treasurer's Office and the Assessor's Office.
• Timeline: We anticipate the new system will be fully operational by next month.
In the meantime, the affected offices are running quite warm in the afternoons. Anyone visiting or working in those areas is welcome to dress comfortably in shorts and t-shirts until the cooling is restored.
