Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of the user agreement between State Incident Based Reporting System (SIBRS) for Oklahoma and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. This is a user agreement granting access to and use of SIBRS for direct data entry and/or submission of incident records from certified records management system, and to search records for law enforcement information sharing purposes.
