Discussion and possible action regarding the contract with The Virtue Center for provision of outpatient substance use disorder treatment for Cleveland County Treatment Court participants and indigent, non-Medicaid-eligible Cleveland County residents. This contract is funded through the County Community Safety Investment Fund with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
