Discussion and possible action regarding approval of the Standard Agreement between the Cleveland County District Attorney and Eureka Water Company for bottled water service and cooler rentals in Cleveland County in the amount of $12.50 rent/month/cooler each for 95014 HCVB and 93787 HC as well as $5.00 rent/month/cooler for 97792 HCVB, 5 gallon bottle at $7.20/bottle (over 10 at a time) or $7.45/bottle (under 10 at a time), with a $10 refundable bottle deposit, and $4.99 service charge, effective July 1, 2026, though June 30, 2027.
