Discussion and possible action of the MOU between Cleveland County Sheriff's Office and Cleveland County Oklahoma Human Services for a joint response when a child is taken into protective custody by law enforcement. This protocol shall remain in effect for the duration of the requirements of 10A O.S. Section 1-4-201 et seq. and shall be renewed annually to ensure that it continues to fulfill the requirements of said statute.
