Discussion and possible action of the Memorandum of Understanding between Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. The Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is a multiple-agency, multi-jurisdiction initiative, funded with a grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). The purpose of this MOU is to outline the relationship between all participating agencies in order to ensure that each understand and agrees to the guidelines concerning policy, supervision, planning , training, and public relations.
