Discussion and possible action of the renewal standard agreement between Cleveland County Sheriff's Office and Absolute Data Shredding for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This agreement will cover shred service for the Detention Facility and the new HQ's location. The 2600 W. Franklin location will be serviced every two weeks, for $40 per service with additional consoles at $10, per service. The detention facility will be serviced once a week at $50.00 per service with additional consoles at $10.00 per console, per service upon request.
