Discussion and action regarding the MOU between District 21 District Attorney's Office, Moore Police Department, Norman Police Department, and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. The purpose of the agreement is to set forth agreements for the purchase and use of GrayKey Cell Phone Forensic Tools for the use of investigations in District 21. Each agency shall share equal responsibility in the funding of the purchase of the GrayKey equipment and software for the term of the contract. The equipment shall be housed at the Mary Abbott House and be accessible by all the agencies in this agreement. The Contract price is $61,395 and will be $15,348.75 per agency.
