Discussion and possible action of the collection Facility Agreement between the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office for participation in the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) Offender Web Program. The purpose of this database is the detection or exclusion of individuals who are subjects of the investigation or prosecution of sex related crimes, violent crimes, or other crimes which biological evidence is recovered, and such information shall be used for no other purpose.
