Discussion and possible action to approve a Copier Maintenance Agreement between Cleveland County Health Department and Standley Systems effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The following copier at The Well will be covered under the Copier Maintenance Agreement: .0085 per black/white copy and .045 per color copy for: Ricoh IM C3010 copier. Monthly Base Rate will be: $188.86 per month.
