Title: Discussion and possible action regarding Standard Rental Contract between Cleveland County Court Clerk and Cross Heritage Storage XII LP (Cambridge Mini Storage). For the rental of the following items 3- 10x20 storage units #'s 626, 724 & 730. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2026 and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. The contract is renewable for an additional fiscal year upon approval of both parties. The County shall pay the Vendor for the rental of this equipment as follows: $160 a month per unit. Payable annually in the amount of $5,760.
