Discussion and possible action regarding standard service contract between Cleveland County Court Clerk and Absolute Data Shredding.Pickup Shredding service of 1-95 gallon carts every 4 weeks Courthouse Pickup Shredding service of 3-95 gallon carts every other week. One (1) 95 Gallon Cart@$50.00 per cart per service at the Alan J. Couch Juvenile Center Service Frequency: Once every 4 weeks Three (3) 95 Gallon Cart@ $35.00 per cart per service at the Cleveland County Courthouse Service Frequency: Once every other week. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2026 and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. The contract is renewable for an additional fiscal year upon approval of both parties.
