Discussion and possible action regarding renewal of the Standard Rental Contract between the Cleveland County Court Clerk and Underground Vault & Storage for rental of the following items: Space in the records storage center. $31.80 per box of 16mm or 35mm microfilm; $31.80 per container (approximately 2,000 microfiche ) $3.84 per cubic foot of storage are leased, for miscellaneous property. Term of contract, July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
