26-1985 110.Recurring ItemsDiscussion and possible action regarding an update/report on the Employee Benefits Committee. Rod Cleveland stated the following: we're currently doing enrollment and last week I will ask that we have everybody's remote forms in by Wednesday of this week and overall participation has been really good on engagement and everything. I've had good questions and it seems like that most employees are really really getting engaged into actually deciding which insurance plan is the best for them. I have seen a noticeable increase in the high deductible high plan from basic and from even the high and everything and stuff so people are actually kind of looking at it and taking advantage of benefits that we offer. The other thing is the Board of County Commissioners recently approved HUB International as a county broker record. HUB International will serve as a strategic partner to assist with the county evaluating our benefits plan performance and identifying cost attainment opportunities, analyzing market trends and then they will also be at the Employee Benefits committee on November 5th    Not available Video Video
26-1986 111.Recurring ItemsDiscussion and possible action regarding an update/report on the Infrastructure Committee. Presented by Doug Warr, Assessor, Our primary project this week is on the first floor of the new courthouse, where Brian and his team are replacing the air handling units. • Current Status: The air conditioning is temporarily offline, directly affecting both the Treasurer's Office and the Assessor's Office. • Timeline: We anticipate the new system will be fully operational by next month. In the meantime, the affected offices are running quite warm in the afternoons. Anyone visiting or working in those areas is welcome to dress comfortably in shorts and t-shirts until the cooling is restored. That concludes my updates for this week.   Not available Video Video
